AB GhaylaneSteve Price made his debut with his new girlfriend at a red carpet event in Victoria last weekend, according to a new report.
According to the Sunday Herald Sun, the 67-year-old presenter and panelist for The Project warmly embraced radio identity Sacha French, whom he has been dating for “several months,” in front of the media wall at the Continental Sorrento opening.
Sacha works for Southern Cross Austereo as content manager for the Hughesy, Ed and Erin breakfast show on 2DayFM.

In photos taken at the event, a casually dressed Steve can be seen putting an arm around Sasha’s shoulder.
Sacha looked effortlessly chic on the outing, opting for a black blouse tucked into a beige leather skirt.
Daily Mail Australia has contacted Steve and Sacha for a comment.
The appearance comes after Steve went to bat for The Project after the show, in which he is a panelist, was accused of being “too wok”.

Speaking to the Daily Telegraph’s Stellar magazine on Sunday, the conservative host insisted that the show offers a more balanced view than is often thought.
There’s an element of zaniness, but we like to break that zaniness out on Monday nights when I’m there. The people on the show aren’t really awake,” he said.

Steve went on to remark that he gets along well with Waleed Aly, 43, his very liberal co-star.

In recent months, The Project has come under fire for becoming too “wok” and going broke.
Channel Ten’s flagship news show has lost nearly a third of its viewership since 2011, according to OzTAM results in November.
The show saw its metro audience drop to an all-time low of 367,000 in 2021.
Too awake? Speaking to the Daily Telegraph’s Stellar magazine on Sunday, Steve insisted that the show offers a more balanced view than is often thought. “There’s a wok side to it, but we like to break out that wok side on Monday nights when I’m there. The people on the show aren’t really awake,” he said.
That’s a 30 percent drop from an audience of 538,000 in the five cities a decade ago.
The national audience, which includes regional viewers, has also seen a similar decline, from 725,000 in 2011 to 490,000 in 2021.
A leading television commentator said Channel 10 was losing viewers because of The Project’s left-wing agenda.
Rob McKnight, a former 10 executive who now runs the TV Blackbox website, said the views expressed in The Project do not resonate with ordinary Australians.
He told Daily Mail Australia that despite its polished production and top-notch talent, The Project is “very woke and it doesn’t fit the Australian mainstream.”
